Welcome Program

The Welcome Program lasts 6 days and comprises 6 welcome bonuses.

The first welcome bonus for the first deposit is available right after registration. Each subsequent welcome bonus becomes available for the deposit on the next day.

Additional Information About Bonuses

Withdrawals

The funds shall not be withdrawable in case of an active bonus on the Player's account. In order to be able to withdraw winnings derived from an active bonus the Player must fulfill bonus wagering requirements first. Otherwise, the bonus may be canceled by the Player on the Bonus tab under certain conditions. See bonus cancellation conditions below.

Canceling the Bonus

In case of bonus cancellation the funds are debited as follows:

1. If you cancel any bonus money won in free spins programs, all funds associated with these free spins programs will be forfeited.

2. If you cancel any bonus money won in Lucky Spin, Loyalty Program, etc., all funds associated with these bonuses will be forfeited.

Cancellation of deposit bonus:

1. If you cancel the bonus when your total balance is greater than the deposit and bonus amount together, your balance will be reduced to the amount of your original deposit.

For example, if you deposit USDT 50 and receive an 80% bonus for deposit in the amount of USDT 40, your total balance will be USDT 90. After wagering some funds your total balance is USDT 100 and you decide to cancel the bonus, your balance will be reduced to USDT 50.

2. If you cancel the bonus when your total balance is less than or equals to the deposit and bonus amount together, the full amount of the credited bonus will be deducted from your current total balance.

For example, if you deposit USDT 50 and receive an 80% bonus for deposit in the amount of USDT 40, your total balance will be USDT 90. After wagering some funds your total balance is USDT 60 and you decide to cancel the bonus, your balance will be reduced to USDT 20 as the full bonus amount of USDT 40 will be deducted from your current total balance.

Bonuses Abuse

Bonuses abuse includes but is not limited to:

  • Breaching Terms & Conditions of a bonuses, cash reward or other promotional offers;
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
  • Allowing a person other than a player himself to place bets on his account whilst a bonus is active.

If reasonable suspicion, or proof, exists that the account holder has been found in violation of these bonus terms in the form of abuse, either individually or acting as a group, Bitfiring.com reserves the right to forfeit the bonuses and any winnings from that reward, remove funds related to this bonus, block the player from accessing certain products, exclude the player from any future promotions or terminate the player account with immediate effect.

Using methods, techniques or software which allow a player to gain an edge over other players and/or the reward system are prohibited and considered abuse. All rewards are meant for non-professional and entertainment purposes only.
